The Ministry of Youth and Sports recently conducted a highly successful public awareness campaign in the community of Wainibuku.
The campaign aimed to educate and inform residents about the various programs and services offered by the ministry, as well as to raise awareness about important issues and promote community engagement.
The campaign, led by Assistant Youth Officer Nausori Mr. William Cakau and our ministry Sports Officer Coordinator Mr. Peni Baleilabasa, involved a series of interactive activities and informative sessions that were designed to engage and empower the community members. The officials organized workshops, seminars, and discussions on a range of topics relevant to the ministry's mandate, such as health and wellness, education, environmental conservation, and social welfare.
The public awareness campaign in Wainibuku was met with overwhelming enthusiasm and participation from the community. Residents expressed their gratitude for the initiative, stating that it provided them with valuable information and resources that they were previously unaware of.
